Shipping & Customs Information

I ship worldwide from Canada! All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (unless pre-order date stated) and shipped via trusted carriers.

If you do not see your location as an option when checking out please reach out via email or on TikTok/instagram and I will get a shipping price sorted out for you! 

I am very new to this, and currently I am working on figuring out how to get better shipping prices, as I understand it can be very expensive and want to be able to provide the best prices I can, just know I am working on it and there are not a lot of options for small businesses shipping in Canada. 

If you're waiting on a pre-order and want to add another plushie to the same shipment so you do not need to pay shipping twice, please reach out to me via email or social media and I can set that up for you!

Please Note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the order reaches your country.
  • These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs (USA is already included) and are determined by your local customs office.
  • Unfortunately, I cannot predict or control these charges, and am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

To avoid surprises:

  • I recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
  • If your package is held at customs, please work directly with your local postal service or customs office to release it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USA CUSTOMERS:

Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments to the U.S.—no matter how low in value—will be subject to import duties under newly implemented tariff rules. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and need to be paid prior to shipping, sadly the customs are currently 45.15% of the product :/ , which is why the cost of shipping to USA to so high because I have included customs in the price.  I understand this is extremely frustrating for everyone.
